Abstract
The rapid adoption of Cloud Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platforms has transformed enterprise application deployment by offering scalability, flexibility, and cost-efficient service delivery. However, this widespread adoption has also introduced significant cybersecurity challenges, particularly concerning the protection of intellectual property such as source code, application programming interfaces (APIs), software documentation, machine learning models, and CI/CD pipelines. Conventional security solutions that rely on static signatures and predefined rules are increasingly ineffective against sophisticated attacks, including insider threats, credential compromise, advanced persistent threats, and zero-day exploits.
